ATATÜRK AND TURKİSH LEGAL SYSTEM

 After the 1789 French Revolution all Empires did start to collapse .The French Revolution did bring to the Earth ,equality,freedom ,justice and nationalism.Nationalism had a conflict heterogeneus structures of the empires.One of this empires was Ottoman State.After the rebel of nations in ottoman empire ,ottoman empire was occupated by allied states.For example england ,french ,itialian

.Ottoman Empire did signed Sevr Contract.It shared by allied states.The Sultan was captured he could not decide freely.The Commander and Leader was Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in the War of the Survive.Mustafa Kemal Atatürk believed freedom and Equaity his ideas were different from the everyone.He was borned in Selanik  which is multiculturan city of The Ottoman Empire.He was succesful governing armies.For Example in First World War in Çanakkale against to England ,and France etc.After that he wanted to resist to world state.He started to negatitions in Amasya ,And Sivas and many Congress's etc.He Türkish Nations set up Many Sociteies.and they were united Anation and Rumelia Society they were connected tho Representment Comittie.After the Creation of the Parliement in Ankara the Committie was Removed.

Turkish Nationhad started to resist .In thıs resistance many cultural novels were publsihed by the Turkish Writers.A parliement has set up in Ankara .It had a multicural structure and people who think differently were there.It had extraordinary authorities.And war of the Survive of Turkish has started and Turks won.Lozan Negatiations has started. And First Law of The Turkish Nation was annaounced in First November 1922.The Sultanate was removed by the Parliament.The Sovereignty was belong to the Nation.After the Lozan and elections of the Second Parliament Negatitiaons the Republic was Annaounced as a goverment system.Turkey was a republic and the sovereignty belonged to people  as first laws said us.Third March 1924  Caliphate was removed.New Republic had to be secular.And Seventeen of the February in 1926 new Civil Law was accepted by the Parliement.It was quatitioed from the Switzerland.It brought Turkish woman freedoms.According to the Civil Law modern law the türkish woman  could choose job,They could sharement of the heritage.It had brought innovation to  the life.The Society of religions was removed in 1925.The Secularism was accepted in 1928 state jobs and religions jobs was seperated.The turkish society was turning another thing.1930,1933  ,1934 The Woman Rights was recognized by the Constution.Turkish people should take a modern situtation  thats why an innivotioan about clothes has done and law of surname was accepted.The Educution turned too wiht law.Language innivation has done.By the Time Turkish people had turned.It become secular and they had rights on the civil and public.And Atatürk was cared of different ideas and they did set up opposited parties in the Parliement.İn new Turkish State Atatürk set up good reletions with Sovyet Russian.His ideas were pro -state in Economy that whyhe used pro state in economy for this purpose he annanouced many laws.
