LAW AND LİTERATURE

I was worried when ı wrote this essay.Because in Ottoman Empire and Author wrote this topic.After that the essat was argued and the Sultan didn't like this topic.Today I want to explain this topic as different way.From the creation of the World the mankind arqued What was the Law.According to Some Philosophers the Law was an art ;thinking of art freely. Nowadays All lawyers think that Law  which is a discipline of resistance and obligations.As a part  art of Literature in creation of describition of the Law had a affection.Thats why we can not seperate law and literature .

Today we are going to impact liteture and the law.Writers when they create novels they write with developments of politics and law .For example Dostoyevski in Crime and Punishment novel ,Franz Kafka in Actio novel they wanted to reacheve a secret message to readers of the World.What was these messages ?This messages was that believe Law State ,live with the power freedom of speech ,resist to the state and government in your country.I want to give another example as you know in Nineteen Eighty Four as you Know.''Big brother is Watching you.''The word was seperated three lands.And every land have dictotarial system.İn a one country whe Charchter of the Winston wanted to resist and he wanted to be free.He desired think of art freely.He desired The law.Another examples which we must give the Brave New Word ,Worlds o The War ,End of the Childhood,Island of the Moraoue .These for Novels are masterpieces of the Science Fictions Novels.İn Brave New World ,CONSTİUNENCE ,SOCİETY is important.Love real love was prohibited in the World .İn fact they we treated.They were in a İsland which was created by the Science People.İn Worlds Of The War.Author H.G.Wells tried to explain  in 1897 the world was captured by aliens however the writer tried explained to us the others rights .The people who are thinking differently from  the pro govermenters.The minorites was aliens.İn İsland of the Moreou an science person humans from the animals.The writer did criticise  religions.He did used freedom of speech.İn And of The Childhood the governance was criticised by the Writer.The Overlood came from the space and they wanted to save the World.İn every novel we should see All Authors wanted to express rule of the law,freedom of speech,restriction of the government.

After we examined some impact of the novels .We should look impact of language skills of the literature .If we lawyers ,people who believe law if we read novels we can express ourselves well.Once it can be boring to read all the time.We should read piece of piece novels.We should make exercises in every day.Presenters of The Law and Literature in academic esasys Jack Balkin ,Daniela Carpi ,Adam Gearey Eric Heinze ,Allan Hutchhinson ,Robin West exc..They did explain all the novels sistematic system.Lastly I want to talk about Criticsm of Law And Literature.Albert Camus in Rebel did it.İn Rebel he did criticise State and Religion.He did explain us resist to all authourities.As a result the Law Discipline and Literature did affect themselves.İn novels can be good examples and proofs of this impacts.And we lawyers should read lot and lot to improve ourselves and resistance.
